hello world first java program

Creating first Java project

first you need to install Eclipse IDE – can be downloaded from https://www.eclipse.org

Eclipse will look like below,

2) create a project using Eclipse IDE, and give name as “Hello world”

3) create a package as shown below

4) create a class as below,

5) fill the package name and class name as below,

6) now insert/write the following program , since by default package and class name appears int the code

now you see the package name and class name are matching with the left pan tree structure as per below email. Also notice when you execute the results are displayed below.

– heat oil in sauce pan and put ‘Ingredient 1’ in the same order.
– pour little water after 5 minutes cooking and add Ingredient 2 .
– Cook it in low flame for 20 minutes

Ingredient 2 – cleaned whole Mackerel
– mix ‘Ingredient 1’ in the backing pan.
– add Mackeral to the backing pan.
– pre-heat oven in 350 Fahrenheit
– put the pan in Oven and bake it for 30-40 min.

Grilled Lobster recipe

Ingredient 1 – Black pepper, red chilies, coriander powder, garam masala ,lemon juice, salt and olive oil. Make a paste.

– Pre-heat oven to 400 Fahrenheit.
– Boil whole lobster in turmeric water and salt for 5 min. Cool it. Then make a cut on lower side of Lobster to expose flesh as well as remove unwanted things.
– bush the ingredient 1 to exposed lobster flesh
– grill it for max 5 min.

Yummy Keralian Fried Stuffed Mussels /arikadukka

Fried Stuffed Mussels /arikadukka is a South Indian – Kerala recipe, there could be other ways to prepare this.

ingredient 1 – Grind and mix the onions or shallots, grated coconut, curry leaves, fennel seeds, green / red chilies, ginger, and garlic
ingredient 2 – mix salt water to rice powder and make a paste mixture (add salt to taste)
ingredient 3 – mix olive oil and turmeric powder, corriander powder, red chilli powder, rice powder and salt and make a spicy mixture. You can add any other powders like garam masala, black pepper if you like

– Clean the Mussel Shells in water to remove any sand or mud and unwanted things.
– Boil the mussels in turmeric water with a pinch of salt. Make sure the shells partially opens.
– mix ingredient 1 & 2
– Stuff the mussels with the above mixed ingredient 1 & 2
– Steam cook the stuffed mussels for 20-25 minutes with low flame, keep aside to cool.
– Take the mussels out of their shells.
– Heat oil in pan and dip stuffed mussels in this above ingredient 3

Recording Jmeter scripts using Jmeter’s HTTP(S) Test Script recorder. There are two ways

1) Manually adding scripts ( Test plan >> Tread Group >> Add>> Sampler >> HTTP Request )

2) Recording using Jmeter’s HTTP(S) Test Script recorder

How to record Jmeter scripts using HTTP(S) Test Script recorder?

Prior doing that we need to configure browser and learn about the Proxy setup

Jmeter to Application server communication need to be routed through a browser Proxy for this recording purpose. For that you may need to select the Browser (here we can use Firefox browser”

1) Navigate to Firefox >> Tools >> options >> Advanced >> Network >> Settings

2) Select Manual Proxy configuration >> HTTP Proxy = localhost & Port = 8080

3) Once this configuration is made – create Recording controller

Path ==> Test plan >> Tread Group >> Add>> Logic Controller >> Recording controller

Recording controller will look like as below:

4) Now add the HTTP(S) Test Script recorder

HTTP(S) Test Script recorder will look like as below:

Also make sure the URL patterns to be included. I need only .html so added as below,

5) Now click on Start button and type on the Firefox browser with input url name and subsequent actions that you want to consider for performance test recording.

Jmeter scripts Adding scripts manually

Apache JMeter is a Java based performance testing tool works well on web communication layer (HTTP).

How to create Jmeter scripts?

There are two ways

1) Manually adding scripts ( Test plan >> Tread Group >> Add>> Sampler >> HTTP Request )

2) Recording using Jmeter’s HTTP(S) Test Script recorder

How to manually add Jmeter scripts

1 Follow the path : Test plan >> Tread Group >> Add>> Sampler >> HTTP Request as copied in the below screenshot

Below the fields needs to be filled when you write a code,

1) Name: you can give any logical name based on application (e.g Login, Home page etc)

2) Server Name or IP : it’s nothing but the IP of your server or the url name (www.your test site.com or “your test site.com” as example or if you know the IP, provide the IP)

3) Path : is “/sso/auth” in this example screenshot below as the remaining contents in the url after “.com” – if your original site is www.your test site.com/sso/auth

4) Make sure the Method è POST and protocol can be HTTP or HTTPS – which ever protocol is used.
